This program runs for four (4) weeks, with two-hour Zoom sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Grounded in the latest research in neuroscience and leadership, this transformative workshop series equips you with actionable strategies to immediately elevate your impact. You’ll engage with The BluePrint Leadership® assessment and proven processes designed to help you thrive, inspire enthusiasm across the people you lead and elevate your leadership.

Over the eight (8) two-hour virtual workshop sessions, you receive feedback on your current leadership style, based on your BluePrint Leadership assessment. You will also have a follow-up one-on-one customized coaching session.

Charmin brings 27 years of facilitation experience, including 15 years in leadership development. She facilitates every live Lead with Impact session, creating an environment that balances challenge, reflection and practical application.
Over the past three years, Charmin has been instrumental in the development and implementation of Lead with Impact - a transformative leadership program grounded in the science of mindset, behavior, and culture. As a Master Facilitator, she delivers high-impact experiences that equip leaders to foster engagement, elevate performance, and build cultures where people flourish.
